This is for text that is not intended to be wrapped but must be wrapped in order
to fit on the page. Source code being one example. The HTML equivalent is text
inside <code> and <pre> tags.

Add a setting to control wrapping behavior.
* Normal - normal paragraph behavior.
* No wrap - just run off the edge of the page, cut off at:
  * page margin.
  * edge of printable area.
* Break line - wrap line exactly at specified boundary by character, ignoring
word breaks:
  * margin - wrap at margin.
  * column - wrap at specified character column.

Also add an option for a printable line continuation chararacter (soft return)
and a way to specify the character/graphic to use. This should be usable even
with normal wrapping. Further, add a way to insert this character at a hard
line break for manual wrapping.
