The patach was under the nun and the chirik under the yod. Something isn't right here. I then downloaded SIL Ezra from http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=SILHebrUnic2#3fee5fec but couldn't get that one to work.
