This is a feazure called "automatic number recognition". Writers table behaves
like a spreadsheet in this moment.
If this is not desired, open context menu on any table and disable "Number
recognition".
That the number recognition may behave wrongly in some cases (overrides user
made formats) is tracked in some other issues (issue 54397, issue 46076, issue
33749).
