Using OOo 1.9.74 on Win 2000 SP4. I didn't get the Error loading document file:///c:/documents: c:\documents does not exist. "ok"'. message, but it still did not work correctly. After getting back to the main text document screen, I double clicked on the inserted field and it had Source File set to 'C:\Documents' and the Element set to 'and Settings\<username>\Desktop\test.ods a1'. It should have had Source File as 'C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Desktop\test.ods' and Element set to 'a1'. Regardless, following the above instructions will produce the error. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
