Printer settings (such as printer, tray, duplex, page size) are no longer
remembered in documents in Linux.

Reproduce:
1. Open blank Writer document
2. File->Printer Settings
3. Change to non-default printer, tray, duplex, page size
4. Save as OpenDocument (.odt)
5. Close OpenOffice.org completely
6. Re-open document

Now, notice in File->Printer settings, the default printer is selected, but a
non-default printer should be selected.

Windows:
I can't reproduce the problem on Windows 2000 Pro with OOo 2.0.0.

System:
Fedora Core 4 (x86, 32-bit) using official OOo 2.0.0 Linux RPMs (not Fedora's
OOo)
CUPS network printers

Note:
In our office, the seemingly-small feature of remembering printer settings is
very useful.
