FontSubstConfigItem replaced by FontSubstConfiguration,
DefaultFontConfigItem replaced by DefaultFontConfiguration
both new implementations now load their data on demand and avoid the (said to be
slow) unotools ConfigItem.
There is not much of a performance win for the FontSubstConfiguration since this
was read on demand already and still basically reads the whole data since that
is the "demand". I will not change this behaviour since this is necessary for
"sloppy" font matching (e.g. for matching a font "foo" also the substituitions
for "foobar" will be considered).
