------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Nov 4 01:20:29 -0800 2005 ------- I'd like to report the following bugs: *A: after closing a database containing a view and reopening it, the tables are no longer accessible (that is one way to implement temporary views ;-)), queries no longer work, etc. Solution: unzip the odb file, modify the database/scripts file, and rezip everything (done it twice on different machines, FC4 i386 and FC4 x86_64). The table view will, however, of course, be gone. *B: Queries cannot take a query as input, only tables and table views. *C: The function SELECT CASE WHEN works in queries and views, but if a query contains such a statement, the design view of the query is no longer available and the report generator will refuse to show the fields of that query. *D: Queries have trouble dealing with boolean fields in design view; these are not seen in the wizard and must be added manually in design view. Even then, design view won't accept comparing a boolean value to 0 unless it is entered in SQL view and then the design view button is clicked. *E: while SELECT ...
