Regarding duplicate mnemonics, the situation is the following: Two mnemonics sharing the same letter are ok - they can be handled using keyboard. So there's no need to submit issues for that. However, if there are more than 2 mnemonics sharing the same letter, it's a problem - feel free to submit issues for that. But please first check if the issue has not been submitted before - usually it's enough to open the Query page at http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi and to enter one of the items/strings to "A description entry:" field. And one more thing, for submitting issues related to mnemonics, please choose "l10n" as component, "ui" as subcomponent, summary starting with the language (PTBR in this case) and assign it to "iano".
