Again: The order in the attached PDF is not random. I made it that way.
I tried to make it obvious that the order is not top-left -> bottom-right or
something similar.

Please, please try yourself. The order always is the order as displayed in the
form-navigator. You can reorder the elements by cut'n'paste (the pasted element
will be added at the bottom of the list).
