When I do a fresh install of 680m138, with ONLY US-English installed and no language packs (no Finnish or French hyphenation), the word wrap bugs in US-English (when the document language is set to English and automatic hyphenation from paragraph settings). Hyphenation itself works just fine in English. The word wrap bug can be avoided by disabling automatic hyphenation or the hyphenator altogether, but then there's no (English) hyphenation.
