------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Nov 6 11:57:30 -0800 2005 ------- Let me correct and refine point E. It is actually not a difference between OO Base on Windows and OO Base on Linux. In fact, as this post http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=25209&highlight=&sid=22801217d93712aeb3cc836aba384225 shows, it is possible to do a UNION SELECT in OO Base. The problem is that this is only possible when forcing execute SQL directly, at which point the various tools like the query designer and the report generator break. In conclusion, E is another form of issue C. Both are problematic: if a function is supported by HSQL, why should OO Base not recognize that function or have a way to deal with unknown commands. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
