In OO 2.0 if I insert a png picture, anchored to paragraph, then right-click and
add a caption, I get a caption for an Illustration. Fine so far. Open up the
Insert Fields dialog.
I then click on the picture, the Insert Fields dialog disappears.
If I click in the caption, the Insert Fields dialog reappears.
Set a reference for the picture.
Click in some text where you want the reference to the picture to go.
If I select the just-set reference in the Fields dialog, I get only the
following options for Format:
Page, Chapter, Reference, Above/Below, As Page Style.

What I want is to have a reference like, refer to Illustration 2.4.
Why can't I get the Category & Number option that's listed in the documentation?
A picture does not seem to be an Object.
