FL: I have checked this behavior with QA and did some own investigations and
competitive reviews. Normally this change will not lead to a problem and QA did
not receive many issues about the change already done for OOo 2.0 Writer. So I
confirm the change from the user experience view.
The only issue we should think about, is how one can change this paper format
default easily. Today a template for each single application has to be created
and assigned. This is a little bit tricky. I will write a follow up issue with a
target for the next release to address this concern.
