2005 -------
1. Open new Document
2. Type "$_GET['id'] = 5;"
3. Display formatting palette with F11 and display character formatting 
templates.
4. Select the text and choose "Monospaced Text" from the palette.

Expected Result: All text is formatted with monospaced font. 
Actual Result: Text is only monospaced up to the opening square bracket.

If you really want some funky behavior, try the following text:
$_GET['id'][6] = 5;
Now try to select a bracket pair and format it. Select another bracket pair and 
format it -> the 
formatting of the other pair is reverted. 

I'm writing a PHP course and this behaviour is VERY annoying.
