In attachment you will find an example of a .odb file which does not work (a
form does not work).
I figured out it has something to do with parameterized queries instead of using
subforms. I have parameterized queries in the subforms.

Open the base file and double click on nis_level_query.
OOo will ask for a parameter (ouder) fill out 0 (zero) and you should get 3 
results.

This works in OOo 1.9.69 and doesn't work in OOo 1.9.74 and 1.9.77. Tested it on
both Linux and Windows.
