2005 -------
How to reproduce:

1. open Writer document
2. insert Table with Col:2, Row:100 -> table will cover 3 pages.
3. select all (Ctrl-A)
4. Goto Table->Table Properties -> Borders tab
5. select Line style 4.00pt
6. select Line arrangement 'Set Outer Border only'
7 Click OK
Then 
table on Page 1 -> bottom is not painted (it's OK)
table on Page 2 -> only bottom is not painted (top border should also not be
painted)
table on Page 3 -> all of borders are painted (top border should not be painted.
