When you virus scanner (apparently wrongly, I guess you checked that the
source-files don't contain that virus) forbids access to the file OOo tries to
open (or to temporary files OOo creates during operation), you cannot expect it
to work properly.
This is the fault of the Virus-scanner, not a fault of OOo.
Anyway: Please attach the source files to reproduce this issue. (And maybe
screenshots of "what it should look like" and "what OOo displays instead")
