If I try to open OOo 1.9.74 from Programs > Open Source > OOo 1.9.74 > OOo Writer (I Changed the subdirectories) I am giving launching installing prompt. However, if the app is anchored in the starting area of the start menu (where programs get stored if you just click start) and I launch the program from there, it loads no problem. Both shortcuts appear to be exactly the same.
