It should be related with the same issue: Let's say you have a text document like this: ¶ ¶ aaa¶ bbb¶ ------Page break----- ccc¶ ddd¶ Now select all paragraphs from aaa.. to ddd, right click -> paragraph and check "keep with next paragraph". Nothing happends even after closing an reopening the document. Now (only in OO 1.1.4) go to the main menu -> View -> Hidden Paragraphs. You have something like this: ¶ ¶ ------Page break----- aaa¶ bbb¶ ccc¶ ddd¶ wich is more correct I think. You will have the same result if you insert and then delete a blank line before "aaa" . Now select paragraphs from aaa.. to ddd, right click, then paragraph and uncheck "keep with next paragraph".
