The 'Save as' dialog needs default file names.

Reproduce this issue:
1. Create a new text document in Writer
2. Type the letter 'a'
3. Press the 'Save' icon
The 'Save as' dialog appears with the 'File name' field empty.

It would be quicker and simpler for the user if a default file name were
provided. This could match what is done with document titles when you create new
ones (i.e. 'Untitled1', 'Untitled2', etc) or it could use contextual information
from the document content.

If the user has to shut down multiple documents quickly, the use of default
filenames could reduce the time taken to a fraction of what it might be
otherwise.

I expect this issue is not just restricted to Writer.
