User tv changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution| |INVALID -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Nov 15 05:30:30 -0800 2005 ------- TV->finnglarsen: OpenOffice does not install any fonts by default (except OpenSymbol). The templates and wizard-generated templates have been designed using the standard fonts used in StarOffice. Unfortunately these fonts cannot be included in OO.o because of licensing issues. The good news is that the fonts Albany, Thorndale and Cumberland are metrically compatible to Arial, Times New Roman and Courier New, which can be downloaded from Microsoft. You can even install them in Linux. OpenOffice.org automatically knows which font to use if the originally defined font is not available, so the templates should look almost the same on all platforms/distributions/SO-OO.o-Variations. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
