Reproduced the problem successfully on build 1.9.74 on WinXP SP2

My repro steps:

1) Start OO, open new document
2) Select Edit>AutoText
3) Check the option "Display reminder of name as suggestion while typing"
4) Under "Standard" select "Cancellation, General"
5) Leave the shortcut as default "CAN"
6) Click "Insert"
7) Text will be inserted in the document
8) On a new line, type "CAN" (case insensitive)
9) Notice a tooltip with the text "Cancellation, General"
10) Press ENTER
11) AutoText is inserted
12) Close OpenOffice Writer
13) Open Writer again
14) Select Edit>>AutoText
15) Notice that the checkbox "Display reminder of name as suggestion while
typing" is checked
16) Close dialog without doing anything else
17) Follow steps 8 to 11 and notice that everything works
18) Close OO, reboot computer
19) Start OO, Select Edit>>AutoText
20) Checkbox is no longer checked (setting is forgotten)
21) Close dialog, and type "CAN" on a new line and press ENTER
22) No AutoText is inserted
