Select 'Copy', either from the pop-up menu, the toolbar, or the Edit menu... What's supposed to happen is that Paste becomes enabled. On my version of OOO, this isn't happening. I have opened the Clipboard and verified that the contents of the cell(s) is(are) in fact there.
