2005 -------
Create some database file, for example Spreadsheet file.
Now go New - Database (or start sbase), choose Open Existing, click on Open...
button to browse filesystem, and select the file.

General error.

The database program opens, of course complains for non-existent connection to
db source. If You click on More, You can look at error log and we read

"SQL Status: S1000

The connection to the external data source could not be established. An unknown
error occurred. The driver is probably defective."

Since this causes crash in basic functionality, I give it P2.
