confirmed on Windows XP SP2 with OOo 2.0.0:
1. "Tools - Options - OO.o Calc - View - Sheet tabs" option is ON.
2. load XLS document (attached)
3. "Tools - Options - OO.o Calc - View - Sheet tabs" option is OFF.
additionally, when setting it to ON again, the sheet tabs have hardly any
space reserved for, thus being not visible.
