confirmed on Windows XP SP2 with OOo-dev 2.0.139:
open the attachement, open Navigator, let the Previous table, Next Table
buttons appear as raindrops described it, choose Next Table, choose Next table
again: you are in table 3, now choose Previous Table several times: the "up-
jumping" stops at the nested table
