2005 -------
In previous versions (for example StarOffice 5.2) the online help had many very
long guide pages. One of them covered just what you asked. Find a copy of the
german help entry attached (sorry, don't have an english SO5.2 installed).
It was a decision (not mine) to remove such long guides that require many
sequences of steps from the current versions of online help. May be with the
next version this can be changed. Setting to "later".
