For ma tests I created 'pdf.pdf' from 'pdfsource.odt' and used 'pdf.pdf' as OLE object in 'testdocument.odt'. I saved 'testdocument.odt' and also in WORD 2000 format as 'testdocument.doc'. After closing and reopening alll documents, I saw the problem as reported, see 'screenshot showing lost OLE object.png'. In 'testdocument.doc' the PDF inserted as OLE was visible. This is not a special WRITER problem, I saw the same problem in CALC: 'testspreadsheet.ods' with missing view of 'pdf.pdf', but 'testspreadsheet.xls' with fine view of 'pdf.pdf'. So Component -> Framework I first thought that this might have to do with issue 49337 / issue 49751, but it must be something different, because that problem really is fixed. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
