------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Nov 27 07:52:51 -0800 2005 ------- I started with a pdf file (Form-CVG STD 1.pdf is its first page) that I wanted to edit. I converted it to Word format on a web site; Form-CVG STD 1.doc is the first page of the result. While the result isn't perfect, it looks pretty close to the pdf.. except in OOo. The main problem is the first grey-background heading that says "CUSTOMER INFORMATION".
