Phenomenon:
 1. Open the bugdoc.odt attached.
 2. Save it in the format "Text (*.txt)"
 3. File > Reload

You will find "Say Hhello hello world."

 4. Close it.
 5. Open the bugdoc.odt again.
 6. Disable Edit > Changes > Show.
 7. Save it in the format "Text (*.txt)"
 8. File > Reload

Now, you would see "Say hello world."

How to prepare the bugdoc.odt:
 1. Start Writer
 2. Type "Hello hello world."
 3. Enable Edit > Changes > Record
 4. Enable Edit > Changes > Show
 5. Modify the text like "Say hello world."
     - Insert a text "Say" at the beginning
     - Substitute a letter "H" with "h"
     - Remove a redundant word "hello"

Is this kind of phenomenon - deleted texts are exported - expected?
