Arrange them by their vercial center. Connect the upper rectangle (bottom point) with the circle (topmost point). Connect the circle (bottom point) to the lower rectangle (topmost point). Save it to ODP. After reloading it is OK. Save it to PPT. Reloading is OK. Save it to PPT. Reload ERROR: the lower connector's upper end (attached to circle) rotating -90 degrees. Save it to PPT. Reload ERROR: the lower connector's upper end (attached to circle) rotating -45 degrees again.
