On both 2.0 and whatever version of 1.1.x I was using 14 months ago, File->Export can go to PDF or XHTML. (It seems rather silly that there is also a File->Export to PDF menu item, but that's a different matter.) This is a straightforward prebuilt binary for XP, downloaded from one of the regular mirrors. (And it's not the first issue I've raised on the XHTML exporter; see Issue 44188.)
