Operations are currently seeing spike of spam/virus and have updated that it all depends on the configuration of your mail server, on how often it tries to deliver the email. This is saturating the smtp connection on asmx1.sfo server. Even to identify if an email is spam or not the server needs to make a smtp connection, which uses up a smtp connection. Once the customer sents an email,it gets to our smtp server, it shouldn't take very long to get delivered. Hence please verify and contact us if you have any questions.
