Hi,

it is irritating that toolbars that were used by one application mode get
visible in another application mode, ie. if I use Writer for designing xforms,
if I close Writer and open Writer (as a word processor), the xform tolbars are
active. this is irritating.

steps to reproduce:

open Writer
make sure that the xforms toolbars are not active: View -> Toolbars -> Form
Controls & Form Design are not active
do File -> New -> XML Form Document
close the first Writer untitled1 (make sure no other WRiter was open)
close Writer as xform designer untitled2
open Writer again: the xform toolbars are active
