I did not enclosed -fpermissive in a .IFDEF block because -fpermissive was the default for all platforms. But -fpermissive is removed now and I think I should enclose it in a .IFDEF block. It is requied for a strange code in a MS Platform SDK which causes break in build. I would prefer to rewrite and patch the header itself but as I cannot find out what is the code intended for, only thing I can do would be just excluding the code.
