2005 -------
Following Szenario:
- OOo 2.0.0 is installed and several users have already used OOo
- Administrator installs now OOo 2.0.1, what should in fact cause an Update
- Admin removes (seemingly temporary) installation files from his desktop
- User tries to start OOo
-> OOo tries to reconfigure installation but fails as installation files are not
available

This is clearly a stopper to me, as it would be mess for business user to update
from 2.0.0 to 2.01.
