As moderator of several mailing lists in the DBA project, I have to approve messages from non-subscribers. Those messages rarely appear in the mailing list. My moderation/acceptance mails seem to be silently dropped. The last three mails I sent (one at 2005-12-01, 2 about 8 hours ago) suffered from this problem.
