I've already made a description in issue 58063 to connect the database. Here is a part of it: Do following before starting mailmerge: - Menu Edit - Exchange Database... - When database listed, select it and click to Define button - Else use the browse button to add it to the list and define. - Start mailmerge The database connection should stay when you opened with the other Office excepting you have moved the doc or you've opened a copy from another place. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
