Apologies, you're right on the command there. I feel that I should further point
out that the software is published, rather than assigned, using Group Policy, as
described toward the bottom of this page (under "Publishing Software for 
Users"):

Is it worth me attaching one or more of the broken shortcuts? I can only
apologise for having no idea about how the OpenOffice 2.0 installation process
works; I'd have some idea with glibc ;-)
