Can't write a valid filter criterion for a boolean field
using graphical query designer.
It does not accept "TRUE" or "'TRUE'" or anything.
(If you correct the SQL "select", it will work, but from
the graphical designer it does not accept it.)

I'm using postgresql-sdbc-0.6.2.zip to access postgresql.

I think this problem is a bit similar to issue 53918.
(But that is for date fields, so I've created this new issue.)
