In the "Fields" windw, "reference" tab, the "Selection" pane is too narrow to
view  and entire footnote. It's difficult to cross-reference when working with
long documents. 

For those editing legal or academic texts it's a problem [especially when the
work is composed of chapters and the footnotes are restarted in each chapter --
then you can have nine footnote #1, nine footnote #2, etc.!!]

Proposed solution: make the window expandable or scroll-able, to enable the
author to view the entire footnoe
