Note: This affects Linux and Windows2000 versions, but have only verified the
workaround on Linux.

Template
--------

I cannot provide a file to demonstrate the problem because this is a transient
display fault. See Workaround 2. below.

How to reproduce
----------------

 * Start a new text document
 * Enable Outline numbering to use Heading1-5 with up to 5 sub-layers for
numbering.

Start creating document structure.

Sometimes a new Heading2 will be displayed with number format of Heading1 (ie.
only one number section), or a Heading3 will be displayed as a Heading2. In
addition to the display fault, all numbering below the faulty heading line is
also affected.

As an example

1 This is a Heading1

1.2 This is a Heading2

2 This is a Heading2

2.1 This is a Heading2

2.1.2 This is a Heading3

Note that the font style of the faulty heading is correct, and the style
indicated is correct, only the numbering is wrong (and all subsequent
numbering).

Table of Contents is also affected by the wrong numbering.

I only notice it when adding a new HeadingX at the bottom of the document.

Workaround 1.
-------------

Go to Tools->Outline Numbering.
Select heading level at fault and change "Show sublevels" value, then return it
to its original value and click OK.
All numbering recalculates and displays correctly

Workaround 2.
-------------

Save document and close OOo then reopen the document.
The saved document is displayed with numbering properly recalculated.
