Investigation reveals:
- In method <SwNumRule::MakeNumString(..)> the defined prefix and suffix string
aren't considered, if numbering format is set to "None".
- In method <SwTxtNode::GetNumString(..)> a numbering string is only provided,
if corresponding <SwNodeNum::IsCounted()> reveals to <TRUE>.
<SwNodeNum::IsCounted()> only reveals to <TRUE>, if the numbering format isn't
set to "None".
