If you go to Edit/Undo the description of the last action is broken, if it
contains an non-ASCII character (looks a lot like a UTF-8 problem to me.

In my German version, the Undo-String is "Rückgängig: Formatvorlage Ändern"
(change style), and the non-ASCII "Ä" looks like in a UTF-8 filename on a
iso8859 system (see attached screenshot). Strangely, the "Rückgängig" (undo),
while it also contains a non-ASCII character, is OK.
