------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Dec 9 07:11:40 -0800 2005 ------- I can confirm that OOo JDBC on Linux connecting to IBM UniVerse does exhibit the problem as described with the following exceptions: - Once connected to the database OOo does return the table names - Table column names are displayed when using Design Mode to create a query. This is progress - previously no table or column names were displayed - plus the speed of connecting and returning table/column names is very fast - much quicker than on a 3.0 Ghz P4 stand-alone PC. Trying to run "native" SQL returns the same error message of: The data content could not be loaded ResultSet Type 1,005 is not supported The macro definitely updates the .odb file - I unzipped it and checked. Also, running the datasource without having run the macro returns no table names and returns the same error message. Is there anything else that I could, provide more information etc, to narrow the problem down further?
