Ok, here my try to translate the text into english. I hope, you´ll understand
it
correctly.

I work with password protected documents and sheets. If I run the
quickstarter of OOo and open with a File Manager like e.g. Explorer
such a password-protected file via doubleclick, the password-
Input window loses the focus. Only the frames of both windows are visible. If I
set the focus with the mouse onto another application window and return again
the mouse cursor to the OO-window, the focus is set new, the contents of the
password input window appears.

If i deactivate the quickstarter the problem is absent.
But this can not be the solution. Possibly there is a coherence between the
bearing and settings of the mouse (set focus automaticly to window under mouse
cursor).
So i read and tested a little bit in the settings of OO.

In Options -> OpenOfficeorg -> View
- Restore -> View i unplugged the tick!
- "Opened windows" is also empty,
- "3D" is all activated and
- mouseposition is "default button"
- Middle mouse button is "automatical scroll".
(I don´t have the english Version, therefore excuse my probably wrong
fieldnames
s.o.

But there is a interim solution:
Open via quickstarter a blank writer window. Then close the text area
with the grayed x. The main fraim of OO remains. You can minimize
it to the tray too.
Now you will open with a double click tidily any document. You can
even quit the quickstarter in the tray - then opens OO the
password protected document tidily too.
