I can't reproduce it with your spreadsheet: when I modify an existing 
lowercase rundll32 the way you mentioned it, no capitalization occurs.
Capitalization does occur however if I have turned on Tools->AutoCorrect...-
>Options->Capitalize first letter of every sentence; but this is intended. 
Maybe this should be changed to not apply if the word was lowercase already; 
file an enhancement request if you like to.
