I couldn't reproduce with problem A neither the problem B.
I followed yours steps exactly as you describe it.
Can't see nothing related with your problem in Releases Notes, but sometimes
issues are fixed through others or are fixed but not mentioned in release notes.
I'm closing this one for now as WORKSFORME.
Raindrops, feel free to reopen it if necessary (when you will be able to test
with 2.0.1 final).
