Unfortunately, to use an external package it needs to be submitted under JCA before I can read the code. As I understand it, we can not use BSD-licensed code because of its advertising clause. But, if the license is changed such that I could take a look at their implementation, I would love to take a look for a good reference. One interesting remark. When I visited the link, I noticed that they used the non-linear constrainted algorithm originally developed by Stephan Nash. A while ago I was contacted by his brother John Nash who is also in the operations research field. One of his advices for me was to take a look at his brother's (S. Nash) publication as a reference for devising a constrained non-linear algorithm, which I'm intending to do.
