If you prefer not to show the measurement units you have to change it dimension by dimension. The general setting should have effect on all the dimensions. The dutch name is "opmaakprofiel voor grafische elementen" It should be something like "Profile for grafic elements" You can acces the menue by dubble clicking an object and afterwards right mouse clicking the object.
